FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Stanton Engineering stands besides those that keep our nation running. We appreciate the need for continuous operations and the preservation of historic properties. We work closely with government agencies to develop policies, studies, and designs to enable our government to continue to serve its people. |
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
When it comes to National Security, shortcuts should never be taken. We take the same approach when designing facilities for the DoD. We have provided design for projects across the globe and are intimately familiar with the specific criteria of USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC and other Defense agencies. We pride ourselves on our ability to work on large, complex projects and coordinating life safety needs with the enhanced security and hazards unique to Defense facilities. |
HEALTHCARE
Hospitals and other similar buildings where the patient or resident are unable to care for themselves during an emergency must be built and maintained so that the facility can ensure the safety of our most vulnerable populations. In designing the fire suppression, fire alarm and mass notification system, and through detailed building, fire and life safety codes analysis – Stanton Engineering ensures that all of these critical systems are designed cohesively to create a seamless life safety concept that is crucial to protecting patients and their care providers. |
EDUCATION
Whether it’s K-12 or higher education, our engineers understand the life safety concerns for both types of occupancies. In today’s world, messaging to students and faculty of all ages is a critical component in the educational setting to ensure all occupants are aware of any immediate risks. In addition to fire protection systems, Stanton Engineering has been designing mass notification systems since these requirements were first adopted in the building and fire codes to ensure an effective level of emergency response. |
DATA CENTERS
Stanton Engineering has developed fire risk assessments and protection systems for all types of data centers. We understand the needs of mission critical facilities and by applying best practices, understanding the ever evolving technologies found in data centers, and utilizing state of the art protection systems, we enable resilient and high-availability infrastructure for our clients. |
VETERANS AFFAIRS
Stanton Engineering has provided hundreds of Certified Independent Third-Party Fire Protection reviews, at over 30 VAMCs across nine VISNS. In addition to our review experience, Stanton Engineering has provided fire protection engineering design services for dozens of VA construction projects, assisted in the development of VA Design Manual policies, and developed Statement of Conditions drawings in accordance with the Joint Commission requirements. No matter the project size or scope, Stanton Engineering is fully committed to assist the VA in their mission to “care for those who shall have borne the battle.” |
INDUSTRIAL
Our engineers understand that a “one-size-fits-all” fire protection design is not applicable to industrial processing and manufacturing facilities. Each building and process requires an in-depth evaluation, whether it’s flammable liquid analysis, dust hazard analysis, energy storage system risk analysis, or other unique hazard – Stanton Engineering has the experience to review each building’s process, identify the applicable requirements, and develop effective system designs. |
